I needed an oil change, so what should I do? Look on Groupon of course, for the most discounted oil change I can get. I had used up the Valvoline ones to the limit so I bought one for Aliso Niguel Auto Care which has a high star rating on Yelp Locale: It is next to a car wash and gas station with an El Polo Loco nearby and a Porky's Pizza I will try in the near future. The waiting room here is spacious with comfortable chairs, a clean restroom and TV. I showed the manager my groupon over the phone and he processed it. He asked me some questions about my car along with my address and phone number. Afterwards he had me sign the usual paperwork (no upsell or extras). The manager said I was lucky and that if I had come this morning I would have had to wait. The time that I had came was a slow period so I had no customers ahead of me. I timed the oil change and inspection of my car at 27 minutes and 33 seconds. They topped off my fluids and put the proper air pressure in my tires. They have an old school lift system that raises the whole car instead of just the hole in the ground most places have where they drain the oil. The technician made one mistake but the guy above him (Chris) caught it and they had to drain the oil and put in the proper weight, this only added about 5 minutes to the process. Since they caught their own mistake and corrected it I cannot fault them for it. I am pleased with the customer service and the waiting room. I am satisfied with the amount I paid on Groupon. I will return if I can get as good a deal in the future.
